Interior Shoot

I don’t often shoot interiors, but I wanted to help out my neighbor and friend interior decorator Mira Brower. It was a quick shoot using only existing sunlight. One nice thing about interiors is that nothing moves. Much easier than working with people. Of course, it’s also not as much fun.

Portrait of a Stranger

Taken while waiting in line at Jamba Juice. “You can take my portrait, as long as it’s over before I get my juice.”

This is the first song on our new album…

My new Canon 5D Mark II arrived in the mail today. This is the first picture I made with it. The depth of field is courtesy of the Canon 85mm 1.4 lens. Although I’ve enjoyed working with my trusty 20D over the past 6 years or so, I’m very much looking forward to the full frame sensor and better picture quality the 5D provides.

Self Portrait

I often push my subjects to have their portrait taken when they’re feeling less than 100%. Well, I tried it on myself this week.
